RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Refund Eligibility

If the package is lost during delivery or not delivered for reasons beyond our control (such as an incorrect address, a refusal, or failure to collect), a refund will not be issued unless shipping protection was purchased at the time of order.

Order Cancellation
